Playing Rugby League is a privilege. Players want to use "religious freedom" to express their homophobic views but have no issue collecting money from sponsorships with gambling and alcohol companies.Really? Wow. Conform or be sacked is your view?
There is no need for discrimination.
Try and tell gay people not to be gay. Be straight or be sacked. Tell black people to be white. Be white or be sacked. Tell Islam people to go to Catholic Churches and ban Mosqs or be sacked.
Wake up to yourself.
If you want to quote religion then abide by all the rules not just picking and choosing the ones that suit your backwards agenda.
This is why no one since Ian Roberts has felt comfortable enough to come out, imagine the backlash if they did and players dont want to play alongside them or share a change room with them.
Rugby got rid of Israel Folau for this nonsense and righly so.
