There was no height at all on his kicks. His crossed field kicks straight to their tall wingers. Not giving the chases enough time.

He does deserve another chance to show he is better than what he showed Friday night. I’ve maintained that whilst the other things aren’t fixed then he will be on a hiding to nothing.

His cross field kick on the line was a great kick, unfortunately Milne and Tass were standing 20 metres back scratching their ass.

Walker was free and screaming for the ball with Jack, Tass & Milne all outside him.
instead Hawko panicked & kicked…..you do have to let the team know what your going to do….fmd😆😆

Walker was in hooker, jack was in front of the ruck at the play the ball.

Joey in commentary remarked what a great kick it was and rightfully so asked where Milne was

I thought it was a good kick too but he did have a few poor ones inbetween the good ones. I’d give Hawkins til the bye then re assess.

But like others have said if we don’t fix other problems it probs won’t matter who is halfback.

That’s fine. But if you think it’s smart kicking straight out to Tupou against Milne I can’t help you. Was only going to end up one way. Should have been kicking more infield.

It was a low flat kick, it is not intended to be contested high in the air where tupou shines.

He did a infield kick on the line earlier and no one chased it. He’s on a hiding to nothing with some of you

Bectause outside of him was Cam wanting the ball, Tom, Koalamatangi, Tass & Milne so he kicks it straight to the tallest bloke on the field , ignoring all the space that support players were in.

Good kick technique but poor game awareness

Do you mean the one at about 15 minutes in where he did that flat kick that you love, that no one could contest…….that gave them a 7 tackle set…..oh, and they scored from it.🤔🤔🤔🤔

You realise we all watched the game too right? It’s not just you relaying stories and hoping everyone believes you?

Walker was at hooker and passed it too the flat forward (for some reason) who then turned and passed it to Dean.

It hit tupou on the chest, height was irrelevant

You truly are a clown
