Should Latrell maintain his position at fullback?

I voted yes.
He’s the best fullback in the club.
The team falling apart and the coach losing the dressing room doesn’t change that.
Play Wighton there and you’ll have even less cohesion against the Dogs.
Bring up Jye into this swamp infested with alligators and you put this nonsense on his shoulders. Plus he isn’t ready for anything other than maybe a bench spot. Even then I’d wait till JD departs.
Latrell is our fullback. Cook is our hooker. Walker is our five-eight. That’s the reality.
He’s the best fullback in the club.

Reality is if trell stays fullback, cody stays 6 and cook stays 9, we stay down the bottom.
Trell is our best player, but he is no fullback

The club made an error keeping Cook on big dollars and letting Reynolds go, Api makes him look like a reserve grader.
Back in the 2022 GF qualifier against the Panthers we were 12-.0 after 20 minutes, then Mitchell grabs the ball by the end and throws a pass at Tatola's head which he drops. From the scrum Panthers go down our end and Api scores an easy try getting around a few forwards then Mitchell. Right near half time Mitchell holds the ball by the end again rather than the middle and throws a ball at Graham's chest which he drops and To'o goes the length of the field to score.
Fisher Harris put a hit on Mitchell in the first half and he went to ground, virtually did nothing in the second half before giving the after game interview saying "oh well that's footy".
Mitchell wants respect but gives none himself, ultimately JD will be gone this year because of negative player influence, lack of control by Souths management and in hindsight poor recruitment decisions.

Yep he's not a fullback, Roosters and the NSW coach knew it but Souths staff went soft and let him play where he wanted and they are now paying the price.

He had the potential to be a top fullback.
Still does, but his ego and arrogance gets in the way of that, he said himself he will never be a teddy or edwards type fullback and doesn't want to put the work in.
He could have been our next GI

Someone that puts in 100% in that position, in my opinion Mitchell is more dangerous in the centres than at fullback for Souths. The fact that he has to do more at fullback impacts his overall effort, he's a natural loafer at fullback which is seen in his positioning and defense, at times his passes are poor and when he runs it back he faces three or four defenders from fullback.
Taaffe had a go at fullback, didn't set the world on fire but would have performed much better if Mitchell had of been in the centres in front of him rather than Tass.
At centre he's one on one and much more dangerous, who you would put in there to replace him now is up to the coach.

He hasn't got the desire, happy to take the big coin from the club but as he says "full time farmer and part time footballer."
Best position for Latrell is centre.
He adds more to the side in that position, will cut out those silly plays at centre and he is just a natural centre.
Fullback he doesn’t do the hard stuff. Doesn’t really use his size, lazy in defence etc

I would take Nicoll-Klokstad over Latrell at fullback, brilliant meter eater and that is what we lack we Leays start from 10-15m out because he is slow at returning kicksSo just to clarify you would play the following ahead of Mitchell
