I guess it's hard for the judiciary to differentiate between a cover tackle, where the arms didn't wrap and a "proper" shoulder charge.

I didn't think there was much in it watching the game. Fine seems appropriate.

Sinbin was generous there. Late, contact looked deliberate (maybe not the head bit) and got him in the head.
 
I'm with Smiths on that one. It looked to me like the Canberra player lifted his arm when making contact which suggested he knew he was going to come into contact with Ponga and he should have done more to avoid it.
