And it's just an exercise in making Queenslanders feel better about themselves by thinking they are better at footy than NSW. If that's the case, why do they feel the need to prove it every 12 months?
And at the end of the day, even if they beat NSW by 50, on Thursday morning when they wake up they're still Queenslanders đŸ€·â€â™‚ïž
 
While we’re having a go at panel show people, I’ve got one for Matt Thompson.

Said on Freddy & The Eighth this week that the Roosters announced their signing of David Fifita. Freddy jumped in and asked if the Roosters actually announced it officially, and Thompson without a shadow of a doubt said ‘yeah, they announced it the other day’.

Now I’m happy to be wrong here, but did they? I know media outlets ‘reported’ it as done, but I don’t recall a club confirmation.

I raise this because he did the same thing 10 minutes earlier on the same show. That it was ‘official’, Wayne Bennett 3-years, 3-million dollars.

Which is anything but official.

How hard is it to talk facts in your job???

Poltis the dick head scum bag ass face mother ****er was gloating about the signing and said that he told fafita "did I mention I was a QLD fan". Apparently that got Fifita over the line to say he would join.

Facts don’t always sell papers or clicks like speculation and imagination does.

Anytime I hear Matt Thompson speak in any capacity I’m really confused how he has ended up where he is.

Same can be said for Blocker, Ennis, Wally Lewis, wade Graham, Ryan Girdler and now Todd ****ing Carney. Like for real.

He used to do my head in at Fox when he was the NYC commentator... and has only gotten worse

Ch.9 could've poached Andrew Voss or Warren Smith... yet the man they chose to replace the GOAT was Mat Thompson lol
