Not a lot to say here, no one can rebut the hypocrisy of the millionaire footballers making political stances against a country, state, club etc whilst wearing the colours, emblem and taking the cold hard cash of the apparent oppressive country or organization.
More than cool with a player not singing the anthem. But to make big public statements, public stands and to make known your feelings well known that you believe this country, governments, leaders and organizations are all complicit, oppressive, racist etc. you surely cannot put your hand out and take the cash, where the emblem representing the oppressors, wear the colours representing the oppressors and still save face?
It’s a little rich for me and you have others ways to help change, better and grow your community, state and country.
