Considering it’s about our 2014 premiership season it’s not hard to know what they are going to cover.

Finally got around to watching it yesterday. Heard the stories of these camps, but great to see actual footage of it.

I love how after the failures of the 2012/13 prelim finals they spoke about the mental toughness and needing to change that.

Reliving both those prelim losses brought back the memories of the hurt. The Reynolds injury against the Dogs. What could have been?

Although there is no way we beat Melbourne that year. I’m also not sure we beat the Roosters in 2013 either. Especially after losing to them for the Minor Premiership just a few weeks before.

Can’t wait for the next episode. Going to love hearing about Lote and how he held off signing to get out of the tough preseason Madge training camp

Episode 2 also great, despite being a shorter watch (I think?).

Did make me lament the Keary / Reynolds / Walker loss. I know 2015 was flat and 16 sort of fell short, but there’s a portion in the ep that covers the first Arizona trip with those 3 and it does make you wonder how things would have gone had they stayed together.

Losing Keary will always be one of our greatest mistakes. I definitely think Keary and Reynolds would have won 1 more comp together.

Great to hear Keary be so open in his interviews so far in the documentary.

Adam on the other hand not sure if he is still salty but he just doesn't seem to have much enthusiasm when he speaks. Maybe thats just me. Who knows.

Tend to disagree

Keary’s resume is padded by those he had around him. He had a pretty simple role in 14. Yes he executed it well but since then unless he’s had an elite half holding his hand he hasn’t got a team across the line

This season was the perfect example. On paper Roosters still had the best team on paper. Yet Keary didn’t get them the result once against the big 2

Losing Keary and replacing him with Cody wasn’t one of the clubs greatest mistakes

Not even close.

Another great episode lol Te’o hilarious. Also loved the insights around Lote and Arizona as well.

Agree that we landed on our feet.

More a sentimental reaction to lament breaking up the Keary, Reynolds, Walker dynamic.

And obviously there was a lot of external incident that clouded those decisions. Neither Walker or Keary exited due to a purely football decision.

Perfectly happy to have watched Cody’s career play out at Souths.
