2025 Rumours

A bit of loyalty would be good from Munro but otherwise I am all in on him. Except for Paulo and a brief Roberts, we have been sloooow on our right edge for 10 years, and uncompetitive with the top teams for speed. Munro looks a real talent and brings a whole new dynamic to our right edge. We need to get his deal done.
 
I'd be surprised if most of these guys wouldn't be prepared to take slight unders to be coached by Wayne and play alongside Trell, Cam, Cody etc

Well that was weird, The above post popped up under the name Statler and notified me of a reply. When I tried to reply it said content unavailable. Then it reapppeared as above, Very odd,

Anyway, I am a big fan of Munro's and think he has immense talent.

I just don't think he is a player you go into a bidding war for based on what he;s done,

While it's a big call, dont think it deserved to be repeated 🤣

And I can think of at least 1/2 a dozen recruitment decisions worse than Wighton.
 
Interesting that the Dragons were recently saying they wouldn’t release Hunt without a capable 7 coming to the club as a replacement.

Wonder if they’d be interested in Illias at all?
 
The Dolphins have expressed interest in pursuing Hunt.

Apart from Chris Walker and Glenn Stewart, both of who were much more needed at the times of their signature than Jack, I am struggling to name one.
 
From what I've seen of Munro, I see superstar written all over him. I think we have a fantastic player there and see him as a must-sign. I couldn't care less what others think, but he reminds me of Larry Corowa when he first came on the scene, and that'll do me. This kid can sniff out a try, and we've only seen snippets of what he will produce.

Been making the Corowa comparison for the last couple of years, he's like a cross between Corowa and Peachey.
