Our best defensive period under Bennett we didn’t play up and in defence. It was exactly what we are doing now

For some reason JD had us trying to play like Melbourne and a Penrith style yardage game in attack without the back 5 for it

The more of we see of this team without him, the more it illustrates he had NFI

Wayne obviously had a plan of coming back after his Dolphins gig. Hence the recommendation

I’m ok being part of the master coach’s master plan, even if it is slightly manipulative.
