Npt possibly surely- one of the biggest reasons for errors in any sport is fitness or lack thereof
So to give you 2 examples that counter that.
R1 against Manly. Up 20 to 12 after scoring in the 47th minute. We were flying, clearly we didn’t hit the wall. The problem was 3 consecutive errors that saw them run in tries in the 49th & 53rd minute.
Thats not fitness, that was a lack of ability t9 handle adversity and a momentum change. When on the back foot we lack agility and speed in the pack
R3 Rorters. 6 of the first 8 sets we turned the ball over early in the count. It wasn’t fitness. The game was barely 15 minutes old.
It was just dumbarse pathetic football AND yes, after you make all of those errors and never touch the bal, tackling constantly, yes, fitness does come into play but it’s not what has got us into the mess we are in
