I saw it in about '73. Great cast, particularly Reg Livermore as Herod. Cant comment on later productions but that one was unforgettable, even 50 years later.92 cast unbeatable.
Would it be better if we had governments that commission studies and receive reports with recommendations, and they actually implement them all, instead of cherry picking a few that are politically difficult?True but this thread is based in the prism of American politics
The USA has been litter with corrupt politicians from Nixon to Clinton to Trump & Biden. Those in between that lot are not much better.
I think it was Peter Hartcher that wrote a good piece in the SMHKamala? Referring to her as that instead of Harris is odd and illuminating in itself.
That aside you have obviously missed the last 4 years and the entire election campaign.Thats why they lost the unloseable.
It totally revolved around attacking Trump on a personal level. Give me a dollar every time she screamed “he needs to be eradicated, exterminated, executed, shut down is a facist, Hittler lover ,KkK lover, a threat to democracy. He has to be stopped at all costs.
Yea, none of that was uttered
Aside from trolling its bald faced lying but oddly you lot accepted that from your Kammy
Agree with her on some things but at about the 3 minute mark talks about the comment that the cost of living rising is due to misinformation shows how out of touch the panelist on The View is. I'm pretty sure that the panelist is saying that despite economists (from Goldman Sachs I think) saying that the most people are better off under the Democrats, people don't hear this due to misinformation. Being a bit disingenuous there. Here's an honest perspective.
Talked about all the Dems talked about were niche issues that, whilst important to people, weren't high on people's list of priorities. Addressing racism didn't engage black people for example, they've lived with it all their lives. But cost of living did.
You and I could argue who would be better for the US economy, but the problem is the Dem's didn't. They just assumed voters knew that they'd done a better job.
Not a very good campaign from them.
