Let me ask you a question.

If you and I were having a coffee together and I asked you to "give me 3 reasons I should believe in the bible/god", what woulld your answer be?

I don't mean glib answers like "so you can know Jesus", but what would be your "selling points" if you were trying to win someone over to become a Christian?

Thought I'd ask you as you seem to be quite religious, but anyone else feel free to jummp in.

Well firstly I have to say that I will never "win anyone over" and that would be a futile pursuit but I just like to say the truth as I know it, what people do with what i say is up to them.

I would tell them that in 2013 I went blind and the best doctors told me that I would lose my sight, now after hearing that news I went into full panic mode and as sitting in the dark (not darque) for the last 20-30 years of my life did't appeal to me much so I cried out to Our Lord for my eyesight to be restored and it was restored, not overnight but it was a gradual process and I just want people to know that there is someone to turn to in hard times.

Now when can I buy you that coffee?

Do you honestly believe that your recovery can only be explained via the intervention of God? That there is no other possibility?

Yes I do but it is one of those things that a person knows within themselves that they have no hope of proving to others.
