All im seeing is reference to Sam changing "mentality" "culture" "passion".
 
I would have preferred to see Sam spend either two years at Penrith or Melbourne or both.

Then a stint in the SuperLeague.

I’m still not sold he’s the answer, unless there is some experience above him and some really astute assistant's
