Koori knockout

Amazing the latitude afforded Koori Knockout NRL players.
Wouldn’t be allowed to play any other lower level competition.
What if someone breaks a leg or the like - their club gets nothing!
Unbelievable…..

They also could break their leg riding an atv or a horse on the farm. Or injure shoulders/ tear acl’s playing golf. Or a player could also fall off their surfboard and swept into rocks. Or attacked by their own vicious dog. Or get in a violent damaging car crash.

The positives outweigh the negatives. It’s great for the game, their community and most importantly their mental health and well being. Do you want to be stopped doing things you enjoy because it may affect your employment?

You mean like player playing origin or test matches.

Very weird comment.

There is always that level of concern. At the same time it’s great that the players can give back to the community.

Yesterday Latrell had the fire hose wetting all the kids with it.

Heard Duncan and Taafe will play today for La Perouse in about 20 mins.

And side note I’d love none of our players to play in it next year because hopefully they are celebrating 2024 NRL premiership. Better yet- win it and take it there to show the youngsters the trophy

Young Latrell Siegwitt, fast and great kicker, sign him up Souths.

Duncan is playing now.

In last years Knockout there was a young skinny winger that went really well, scored a try from a chip and chase. Reported at the time we spoke to him and were bringing him to Sydney, can't recall his name, something like Bonao or similar.

Anyone know what happened with him?

Walgett got the W. Tass and Wighton part of the team
