2024 Pathways Sides

Short kick off (the previous one worked). We get to it, knock it back, straight into the arms of the bowling ball and he runs down the sideline to score. Maybe we should buy Chan Kum Tong.

Converted from our wide.
8-40

Jude Saldanha made a great run down the sideline after taking a kick. Sadly he was tackled into touch a couple of plays later when diving to score.

Wasn’t it Hape that made the run?

Well that was Bayleigh Bentley-Hape slicing through to score

14-40

The bowling ball is off and we look better, Manly worse.

7 to go.

They drop a bomb. We catch it and throw it left for Jude Saldanha to score (yes, it was him ;) )

Converted from the sideline, in the rain.

South Sydney has been accused of sabotaging Melbourne Storm’s junior pathways in the week Origin heads to the Victorian capital.

The Rabbitohs have struck up a relationship with the Iron Armour sports academy in Melbourne to launch an elite talent program to identify Harold Matthews, SG Ball, Jersey Flegg and NRL players.

A deal like that in Auckland would be good as well

Jye Gray not playing NSW cup this weekend seems a missed opportunity...

Glad to see Mamouzelos and Le Blanc starting though.

So they don’t want to risk Gray, but acknowledge Pete hasn’t got many minutes of late so want to give him a blow out in NSW Cup (understanding there is a fit and healthy first choice player ahead of him)? That’s what I’m reading.

Which makes me think Gray is in the 17 against the Eels. Maybe even the starting 13.
