I wouldn’t be surprised if we see Gray get called up. He would be the next in line.

It seems we don’t do short term injuries this year. Every time we hear of an injury it seems to be at least a month out.

I’d say 6-8 weeks.

A month would be reasonable compared to what we’ve been handed.

Our suspensions are a month. :)
 
Well atleast they have a ready made excuse now. We can just put this year down to injuries nothing to do with the horrendous effort they have been putting in on the field

If that were the case the coach wouldn’t have been sacked.
 
Well yeah the bright side is it's better than copping these injuries when you're flying in first place and it costs you a premiership.

This season is farked anyway - we will be bottom 2 or 4.

The club just needs to be very deliberate and direct about how we get out of this mess so we don't end up one of "those" clubs.
 
The only positive I can find is that it's giving our rookies a chance to show themselves. We might get some surprises

Hate to be negative but the problem here and has been for the year is our best and most promising rookies have all been injured.

There really isn't anyone else and they wouldn't be first grade ready.

Le Blanc only just returned last week in jersey Flegg

Carson Kaho could get run if NRL allow it or if Souths move him up, he played his first reserve grade game last week.
 
Further to my post on the Centre for Hexcellence...apparently Heffron is smack bang over an ancient Neanderthal burial ground. Carbon dating suggests that bones found during the excavation (not disclosed at the time) relate to the time before Australia separated from Asia and Antarctica. Authorities have called in a specialist team from the Vatican to Exorcise the Exercise field. Meanwhile in other news....can our season get any more bizarre and as I type this I realise that I should NOT tempt the fates! That is all
 
We really need to investigate why all these injuries have occured.
It cant just be bad luck or a co-incidence.

Is it related to a lack of fitness? The Ground?
