Scottish family, the only reason people know about the football team I support is because of the rivalry with a team that also comes from Glasgow.

Even in times of unbridled success it's always great knowing how much it's upsetting them.

The worse we do on the field, the more focus our fan base give to the Roosters and complain or voice frustration at everything they do better than us (which of course is because of preferential treatment, friends in the media and just downright dirty ethical standards).

We barely gave them a mention other than comfortably calling them our b****es circa 2014-21. It was so nice.

The inferiority complex with the Roosters is one of the least attractive traits with our fan base.

That being said, they push every limit with a touch of arrogance and that does make them incredibly easy to dislike.I grew up hating Manly for similar reasons.

We were finally seen for the giant we are and it didn’t matter what other clubs were doing - we were the ones being envied and complained about and it was so much sweeter.

i hope we can at least get back to a bad year meaning we finished 5/6 on the ladder asap. For all of our own good.

It's not a souths supporters thing though, the whole rugby league community says it about the roosters.
