Round 22 at Shark Park

Could this weeks teams (no offence to anyone named) be our worst starting 13 since privatisation?

Our players are more suited to playing the Sharks than the Raiders.

Sadly I think it will be. Cam might even have to play in the centre

I’m sure there are worst.

Just last year vs the Dragons:

Taafe
Johnston
Tass
Graham
Kennar
Hawkins
Ilias
Tatola
Cook
Sele
Koloamatangi
Host
Chee Kam

Suluka Fifita
Mitchell
Cartwight
Havili

If Walker plays, having Wighton, him, Cook, Gray and Murray makes up for any forwards or outside backs you might have better than those listed there IMO.

2006 was a tough year for us. Our listed team will be better than the team on that day that lost 66 - 0 to the Warriors. Round 16 2006. Interestingly Yileen Gordon came off the bench that game. He is still playing in our reserves. I think he is the captain.

Interesting to see if Gray gets given some license to develop his game a little now the pressure is off of finals.

Doing anything else but running he looks largely ineffective (to date I’ve assumed he was being instructed to keep it simple and run first).

Would be good to see him tinker more with getting his depth right to ball play out the back. Currently he seems to be positioned too deep or something.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Wighton shift out to centre either. Bring Teaupa up to play 7 if Hawkins isn’t fit. Let’s see Cody and Wighton get some reps on the left hand side ahead of next season.

Prep for next season, get the guys who are going to be in the top 17 playing where they should as opposed to out of position. The scoreboard isn’t the onus at this point.

Looks like mulitalo is out.

Seen with a moon boot after the game, apparently got injured in the last 10 mins

I live in the Shire. There are only 2 things I want left in this season.

1. Beat the Roosters
2. Beat the Sharks

I cannot stand getting ribbed by their part time supporters

Chances are slim.

I'm not even confident of beating the tigers again, especially with no Trell back

My 17:

1. Jye Gray
2. Taane Milne
3. Richie Kennar
4. Fletcher Myers
5. Jacob Gagai
6. Jack Wighton
7. Cody Walker
8. Davvy Moale
9. Damien Cook
10. Keaon Koloamatangi
11. Michael Chee Kam
12. Tallis Duncan
13. Cameron Murray

14. Siliva Havili
15. Thomas Burgess
16. Liam Le Blanc
17. Sean Keppie/Jacon Host

Anyone heard anymore on Cody. Apart from Hornby saying last night he needs scans
