IMO Moses alienates club managements with his negotiating tactics. Politis for instance won't deal with him. Perhaps the best offer that could have come Galvin's way (or another player from his stable) was from the Roosters. I believe other clubs will avoid Moses as much as they can.
What I don't like about Moses is that players are used as leverage for others, or as payback. From a player's point of view that may acceptable at times but at other times it's not. It clearly is not acceptable from the club's or fans perspective.
From what I hear, the way he works is that he demands payouts/deals for his players and if he doesn't get his way retaliates against the club. He was not happy with how Bateman was treated by Benji. The Tigers did not play the way Moses liked, so the payback was going to come when one of his clients was next up negotiating.
This is why I say, he needs a new manager. The reaction of the Tigers here, especially from Richo, is to send a signal to Moses that they won't be pushed around and dictated to by Moses when it comes to their squad. The Tigers may even dig in and force Galvin to play reserve grade for the next 18 months on a contract that is a fraction of what he could earn next year - just to teach Moses a lesson.
This is not a money issue - Galvin will get top dollar wherever he goes and the Tigers may have even matched it. This was Moses trying to prove that he was a power player in the game and the Tigers putting him in his place. This is why there have been leaks galore and why NRL360 have gone to town on it.
Galvin has found himself in the middle of a public shit-storm not of his making. It is not right that a 19-year-old should be going through this.
