His team mates are mocking him on insta.Watching NRL360 at it looks like Galvin is going to wear a lot of crap due to the guidance of his manager Moses, the kid is going to get a fair bit of heat from this..
Really good summationUnlike the DCE one, I find this Galvin thing intriguing.
So I can only speculate, growing up around rugby league my entire life and how "it looks" to me.
So...
I don't believe—well, I highly doubt that the Tigers have simply gone on the "front foot" about this because Isaac Moses told them not to worry about offering a contract. What the Tigers did was forceful and full of intent.
I firmly believe he has a contract, ready and waiting and the tigers know that, but both sides obviously cannot announce it due to "the rules".
He isn't going to November a free agent. Not a chance in my opinion.
He knows where he is going, the tigers would probably know, or have a very strong indication.
What is not going to be in Mr Galvins best interests though is the relatively minuscule amount of money he is on for both this year and next.
This isn't a case of a player like Dylan Brown, where Parra could free up near a million dollars of their salary cap and fill that position with someone who actually does want to be there.
This is a mere drop in the salary cap ocean, and the tigers won't feel any financial effects from keeping him kicking a ball around by himself at his local community park.
The media are already pushing the narrative that the tigers should let him go now.
I don't see why?
Why make a competitor better, a player agent richer, your own team weaker (that is unfortunately the only absolute through all of this) and reward a player who has bitch slapped you in the face?
Maybe a player swap, but unsure how much the tigers have available in the cap, or who they need that his new club would have.
Massively risky, and IMO, downright stupid to play his cards so early when on such a small contract, and if the tigers dig their heels in, a massively costly decision as well.
Maybe the kid doesn’t like all the Penrith carry on Luai and Turuva have brought with themHis team mates are mocking him on insta.
The Turuva one is a video with music playing in the background about getting the money.
Which is bit hypocritical from both players as they both left Penriff chasing coin but entertaining none the less
Edit, the other two pics said too big to post, other player was jerome luai posting a pic saying team first
That genuinely wouldn't surprise me. Their attitude would be hard to take sometimes I would imagine and it's not at all hard to see others not coping with it as well. They would be pretty cliquey I reckonMaybe the kid doesn’t like all the Penrith carry on Luai and Turuva have brought with them
I know Edward’s and Yeo weren’t in love with their loud music and over the top personalities
Cleary was the bridge between the country boys and Mt Druitt crew. It’s possible Galvin doesn’t like it and doesn’t like how Benji is letting them take control
It's borderline workplace bullying heyTeammates go scorched earth with Insta post
Two star Tigers players have left no doubt about where they stand with Lachie Galvin in some absolutely savage social media
.
It sure is.It's borderline workplace bullying hey
That is actually more damaging to their club and the team than anything Galvin has said or done. Galvin's position has to be untenable now. Nice encouraging leadership Luai! I am so glad that you didn't come to Souths.Teammates go scorched earth with Insta post

Totally agree, it's disgraceful. It's borderline workplace bullying hey
Yeah 100% on both counts. It sure is.
The worst part of it, is the public humiliation of a team-mate. I can cop Laui and his team-mates saying this stuff privately, but the social media posts are a disgrace.
If I was Galvin I would do two things. Firstly, keep your head down and keep quiet until you secure a release from that joint. Secondly, find a new manager.
